Neon Rarity pony

I recently got a "neon hair Rarity" from ebay (China based seller) and I think she might be a test pony for the Neon Rainbow Power model:

She's got the neon hair, but other than that, she's a standard Rarity.  It doesn't match any of the variations I've found on the sites like Strawberry Reef.
Her hoof number's odd as well, it's "48361"- which doesn't follow the production date interpretation.

She is lovely! I once bought a 'test' pink unicorn with blue rarity eyes and light blue hair, but it got lost in the mail..... hopefully yours gets here safe and sound!! She is lovely!!!!!

She is very lovely. But I would love it to be someone new.

Could be a body swap - her tail doesn't look to have any neon colour in it, and her cutie mark is the wrong side from the released Rainbow Power Rarity

I got one too from that seller and I'm glad I did if she's not a real release since I'm Rarity crazy lol in real life her hair isn't that bright. That seller likes to do funky things with colour saturation in pics. She's super pretty tho I love her

If I'm not mistakes, kohls Rarity only had a yellow stripe in her mane. Perhaps this Rarity might have been a test for her?

No, she has no additional markings- A standard Rarity except for the neon hair.

She's not the same. This one has neon hair colours and the Kohls one has like a golden yellow stripe.

She is cute - I would guess a test or rejected version of the girl in the Kohls release. Congrats on her! Its always cool to have a pony so unique!
