is this uh...normal?

Today my matte finish Skywishes came in the mail...which was an awesome pick me up after an exam lemme tell you! And when I was giving her hair a wash, it noticed that it was very fine, and curled very easily...The only other way I can describe it is as 'fakie' hair or styling size g4 pony hair.
Was this a normal thing with this variation of skywishes? Or is she some kind of odd fakie? I mean she's wonderful and I love her but i'm just...wondering.

The lump might be a glob of glue. 
I've noticed G3s tend to have very different hair textures depending on the pony. Some of mine have battled with the hair straightener and won, some took no effort to tame. She looks like herself to me..

I have the same problem with my Rainbow Flash I might just give up on defrizzing that one  It's actually a pretty good lump of glue because I think it'll stop her tail from going flat, which is nice Thanks for the help

There can be a bit of variation in the hair for G3, especially the later releases and even more so in any of the store exclusives. So in its own way, yes, it is kind of normal
