My Little Pony - By Numbers

Hi Folks!

I had a great idea for a thread. 

The concept is - you post a fact about My Little Pony (any gen, but please be clear) that contains numbers, for example:

$1200 - the record amount paid for a MOC Examplepony

6 inches - the average tail length on an Example Gen pony

I'm hoping that this thread will be educational - a fun way of sharing our knowledge.  Please don't forget to post references (such as closed ebay auctions, website references etc to acknowledge the original author or validity of your statement. 

I'll kick things off:

Hmm...the problem with MLP is there is always something contradicting a rule

There are 20 countries which have releases that find themselves classed as "nirvana". (although that in itself should perhaps be 19 depending on how you classify no country; and this is not just manufacture countries).

There are 13 Flutter Ponies in the G1 toyline. 6 were released individually at retail in 1986. 4 were released individually at retail in 1987. 2 were released in 1986 as gift-pack exclusive ponies. 1 was only available as a mail-away in a promotion for My Little Pony: The Movie
