Euro size chart for jacket --help--

I am ordering a baseball jacket and I need to know what womens ladies zip up. The side I wear is L or XL. Can you send me a chart? I think 14 is L? 16 is..

Actual sizes are different from country to country. 42 from a German brand is like 44 or 46 from an Italian brand. They would be L or 14, I think.
