I've read some huge flaming about this mediocre animation movie, and while I also find it not very good, I think it could be much, much MUCH better.

Has somebody seen this film? What is your opinion?

I love that it stars many unique animals we haven't seen before in an animated film.

I watched it, and I honestly enjoyed it. I haven't looked into it much so I didn't know that it was being heavily criticized. I haven't seen the one about birds that they released yet, and I had just watched Khumba on a whim. It had some dull moments but it kept my attention for the most part.

An ostrich, several lycaons/African wild dogs, an one-eyed leopard, and albino black eagle... Khumba is not the only 'special' critter in there!

The story is rather dull, but I think it would be better with some character development and improving their backstories. Some of them are pretty sad if you think about them

He is... a bit mean at first, but not a villain ^-^

I have seen bits and pieces since it wouldn't buffer on my netflix-like program! But it looked really cute as much as I could see
