Pony tattoos!

Well, This isn't my tattoo (as in on my body)... but I did the tattoo, so it kinda is my tattoo - if that makes sense.. so I'm allowed to share it 

My customer came in with a badly done last unicorn tattoo and I fixed it up and coloured it for her.. It doesn't look so badly in the before picture, but it was really scratchy and messy, can't be having that for the last unicorn 'cause she's so pretty!

I am so envious! That is stunning! It's one of the best Last Unicorn tattoos I've seen.  It makes me definitely want to get mine touched up as the shading on yours is beautiful.
Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to get on a plane and flying over right now to get one done as well.

The lower half is an illustration I drew especially for the tattoo and the upper half is the original concept artwork for Amalthea. I'd like to have some work done to it again once I've finished getting my back piece finished. Maybe have some extra detail or shading.

I've never considered an MLP tattoo, but a Last Unicorn one has come up in my plotting before. My biggest issue is where I'd place a tattoo, but maybe some day I'll figure it out.

My bigger issue is that I have fairly sensitive skin, so I'm a little afraid about what would happen! I've tried just getting my ears pierced a few times, and every time it's gotten infected and icky, and I have super fair skin. And I take immune suppressant drugs and blah blah blah, my mom always jokes that I'd be allergic to the ink. So I have to ask the tattoo people, how often do you come across someone who can't physically get a tattoo because of reasons like mine? If I was ever that serious I'd ask my doctor, but I'm just kinda curious.

I've got fair skin/sensitive skin and a fair few auto immune diseases as well. The last 3 times I've tried to get my ears pierces they have rejected them and done the same as yours (became infected) and this was fairly recently.

I've not had any problems with my tattoos though. I've never found that my skin rejects them or that I'm allergic to the ink.
My skin just heals up as normal, although for the first day or so it is quite inflamed, but I think that is normal for everyone.
