I am so jealous- I LOVE this carousel!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for posting a picture of the working mechanism!  You are seriously talented! I had always wanted to do a carousel of ponies, but was just thinking of re-doing an existing carousel (this is this Christmas Carousel that is tempting, but not quite the right size and not very cheap)

Inventing your own?  That is epic...

Wow! I'm truly speechless. What an incredible work of art I knew it would be amazing but to see it in action really surpasses even what I could imagine. This will go down as one of the greatest customs of all time (and it's so much more than that).
