2008 dragon toy ID

My sister got me this dragon at a thrift sale and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was. It takes batteries but I don't see how to make it talk. There is a yellow gem on her left cheek. Has 2008 mega brands on one foot and what looks like a code on the other. Thanks :)

I believe those are Mystic Babies!  There were some that giggled when you tickle their tummy.

Yeeeees it's a Mystic Baby!! It's one of my favourite toy lines even if it's sooo girly >.< I didn't knew there were ones who could talk.
