She is beautiful!  Getting that affect on that rubbery vinyl doesn't seem like it would be an easy thing to do, but you make it look it!  Love the colors and styling!

This is Kazumi (meaning Beautiful Harmony) ^.^ Shes a watercolour styled/ detailed painting pony ^.^

She was painted with acrylic paints and sealed with Matte and Sparkle Mod Podge ^.^

She was haired with Daiquari Ice nylon, Mermaid nylon and Purple Passion saran hair ^.^ Her hair was then styled with hair pins ^.^
