Megan the same size as Lady LovelyLocks?

So I was wondering if Megan (from MLP) is about the same size as Lady LovelyLocks and can wear the same dresses. I would love to dress up my Megan. And what about the shoes? Or, if there's another doll line with clothes Megan's size, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks for your help.

I do not, unfortunately have either, so I can't do a side-by-side comparison. But, I did have them both as a child and if my memory serves me correctly I believe that Megan is an inch or two shorter than LLL.

  Yupyup, a quick Google search tells me that LLL is 8.5 inches and Megan is right at six inches tall. Since LLL is bigger, if you're good with sewing you could probably take her dresses in a touch to fit Megan. Otherwise they'll prolly be too big.

  Hopefully someone will come along with some decent information on what dresses fit Megan. LOL I hope to nab one for myself at the Fair this year, so I'd be interested in hearing more, too!

Okay, thank you! I wonder what other doll clothes could fit her. It's hard enough to find her own MLP clothes.

Does anybody have Star Fairy shoes?  I think Megan's feet are about the same size as theirs.  I don't have any Star Fairy shoes to check.

Just check my Moondreamer shoes and they fit Megan!  The smaller ones work the best but all the others were good too.

I also found that some of my Barbie Kelly dresses fit nicely.



I'll have a megan or two and one her her dresses at my booth at the mlp fair.  I might even bring my Moondreamers to sell too.

Lady Lovely Locks is quite a bit bigger than Megan and her clothes don't fit Megan very well.  You would have to cut off several inches of the bottom, take in the bodice and shorten the sleeves of the original LLL dress.  The dress/swimsuits are shorter and sleeveless so they may work better.

Is maybe 1.5 inches too long for her to stand well.

Thanks for the info! Maybe I can track down some Moondreamer shoes. My Megan doesn't even have her own shoes; poor, shoe-less girl. I wish I were going to the fair, especially as my family lives just outside of Nashville, but it didn't work out this year. I would totally buy her a dress. (I just have the original Megan dress for her.) And I'll have to look for some Cutie Pop dresses and Rose Petal Place dresses. I had to look both up as I didn't know before what they were, but some of them look really cute! Thanks for the comparison shots, Brighteyes. Megan looks cute in that dress, but like she needs stilts or something. That's actually what inspired me to think about Lady LovelyLocks -- someone had a Megan up on Ebay in that dress.

No problem   I think some of the other LLL fashions could work for Megan, but I don't have them to test.  There are ballerina outfits, summer dresses and swimsuits that are much shorter.

I hadn't thought of the Rose Petal Place doll dresses- those are really cute.  I will have to keep an eye out for them.  My Megans are naked too LOL
