Flutter ribbon question please!

I asked about this a while back because I was confused too.  I was told that, for the second set of Flutters, it varied between the American and UK editions.  American 2nd set Flutters came with gold-edged ribbons (similar to Princess ribbons), while the UK ones came with colored metallic ribbons (similar to the ones that came with Summer Wings, unlike the 1st set Flutters which only had gold and silver).

What a messy release these guys had!

Well.... although at this stage her condition is lending itself to be all original (including her question mark ribbon) looks like I might never know for certain    But regardless, she seems happy and looks very pretty with it, so I'll be content with that
