Paypal problems... am I alone?

Paypal is not letting me on their site at all from any computer. It has this locked symbol and says it's giving a false encryption code. I am baffled. Is it just my firewall? I tried disabling it for a few minutes but no, still no dice.

I've been having problems with my money transferring over. They must be having glitches. You know what you can try, clear your cache. I had that problem with a different site and I did that and it worked.

They've changed their setup so maybe it's just temporarily blocked? Keep trying

I have been having trouble for about a week. When I go to sign in I can't correctly put my password in because the word Password won't go away.
