Congrats on your lovely girl!  You did an amazing job cleaning her up - it's amazing that's she's such a pretty, bright white with lovely hair!

So pretty!  You did an awesome job! If you wouldn't mind could you share what goes into a "royal spa treatment" and like what products you use? I'd love to be taught how to do that kind of job. :)  And congrats on adding her to your herd! ^^

Thanks again, everyone  ^.^

BrightStar; her spa consisted of a couple of things  :)  First of all I brushed out her hair to get out the tangles. Then I got cleaning! I got her all soapy with shampoo (just regular shampoo, nothing special). I use the shampoo not just to wash her hair, but also a bit like soap, giving her a light scrub with a toothbrush to get off most of the surface dirt.

After rinsing her off, I got out a magic eraser. That got off all the other marks and the harder to budge grime. Then she got a nice conditioning treatment  ;) I left her for a while with conditioner in her hair, and then came back with straighteners. Normally I wouldn't straighten pony hair, but I'm keeping her for my collection and her hair was released straight anyway so I wasn't really 'altering' her from her original state  ;)  (plus her hair had become a little rough after all the play and gunk she'd suffered over the years! Straightening it just smoothed it out nicely).

Another good rinsing, another quick shampoo.... but the most important ingredient of all was giving her and making her feel a little bit loved  ;)
