What does that mean? Do you mean calling Post.Nl? I will call my depo too if it isn't here, but thankfully, it won't be coming with RM, it's coming with TNT  so there shouldn't be a problem this time!

yes!!! :D :D

Ah ok! :D I getcha! It will be fine, I know it will. It's not with Royal Mail this time, and it hasn't been sent in a paper envelope, and you're a nice person! XD

I have had enough of this nasty seller though, they're trying to spread bad words about me on the site I bought from him on, calling me a liar, a scammer, everything under the sun. I blocked him. I think my feedback (5 stars all the way) speaks louder than his three reviews. . . can't believe people can be so utterly vile though. I think I'll stick with buying here from now on!  >_<

I did call the head office unfortunately, and that's where I was told lodging complaints goes against your local depo, who I now have nothing against :( I'm going to look into the trading standards route, so thank you for the excellent suggestion. It always helps when you get a fresh perspective on things!

I'm also incredibly lucky one of the sellers is absolutely charming, he's immediately refunded me, and has been so nice throughout the whole thing. Pays to have a great seller for sure!

 If nothing else, I would bring up that you can't made an overall complaint and that it's not only unfair, but also totally not on that they expect local depos to take the fall for someone else's screw ups especially if the trouble is coming from the larger hubs that handle mail for a wide range of areas.
Idly searching for: loose, good condition G4 Blossomforth, Starbeam Twinkle, Plumsweet. TTM Celestia doll's wings Within UK or EU only, please.
Will also take in Pretty Pony Club (UK magazine) fakies.

True. But it's kinda hard not to turn vile nowadays... you hear sooo many stories about scammers, and I know here in the Netherlands a LOT of people can go on with it for years without getting punished.
I kinda can understand them... if it happened to you more often... you're becoming prejudiced very fast..

still it sucks when you meet that kind of seller.
I had it once, a package I had send arrived openend and with stuff out of it. The buyer went on the internet smearing my name everywhere that I 'intentionally' had send it that way so it 'seemed' to be opened... come-on..  (it was over something not worth more then 2 dollars...)

Sucks so hard that there are scammers, but even more that we let ourselves get paranoid! And the good traders/sellers become enemies in an instant like this!
(And I'm to talk lol... sending you uuhm messages about certain tools for certain un-kind purposes because a seller hasn't replied for 3 days and thus must be a scammer lol)

I know :( considering, I have never had a negative feedback on a single platform that I use, be it here, eBay or the most recent place. :sigh: is there no end to this guy trying to smear my name? If anyone has advice, other than blocking and reporting on how to stop this guy trying to make me out to be a liar, please tell me, because I've had enough of his rumours. Now it's getting personal.

Thing is, I spoke to the other buyer of his via private message, and they say there item was sent through the Post office, yet the seller  told me explicitly, both my parcel, and this other buyers items were sent in a regular envelope Ina. Post box. So I've just proved he lying. Argh, enough already.

Thanks to everyone who has been helping me on this thread, I feel like such a moody, depressing member today. I need to just forget it. Paypal will make their minds up soon enough.

BIG UPDATE: My local royal mail has gone to town hunting for my items and today found a parcel matching the description of the parcel from the nasty seller. I can't get it until Monday as I have to pay a fee, but when I get it and confirm it is in fact the missing game, I will cancel my PayPal dispute and remove my negative feedback. However, I won't leave feedback at all since they slandered me and called me inappropriate things. If I am refunded by PayPal between now an Monday, I'll send the seller the money straight away as a gift. I will also be scanning the royal mail card showing that because he sent it the wrong way with incorrect postage, and it had revenue all over it for a week so I'll be sending him that too.

Want o clarify that it was in Revenue office no t in my local office for over a week and they only received it today because a wonderful man at royal mail that has been calling me with updates found it had been put in his managers tray today who is away sick.
