Let's see what I can do! I'm no pro but I do love fixing up ponies!
For Jazzie: I like to try the gentlest method first, because they stand the least chance of doing unintended damage to the pony, like acetone can. I try to use harsh chemicals sparingly. Dish soap and water may help a lot. Make sure the water is nice and hot. It will soften up the plastic a bit and help the soap penetrate and get that grime out. You might also try magic eraser.
Don't scrub too hard with a magic eraser: the stuff is basically very, very mild sandpaper and can actually scrape a softer pony. Be careful around any painted parts.
If you do use acetone, besides being careful of painted bits, be mindful that the acetone can actually soften the plastic enough to make the pony more susceptible to dents. I have accidentally scraped a pony with my fingernail after treating it with acetone.
Bride: Those pink marks look really on there, like stains. I don't think acetone will do the trick but if you have any handy you might try.
You might try sunfading; I think this girl is safe to fade. As for her hair, her head looks still glued on, but you might check for rust and grime inside her; I think I can see it staining around her ear too? If you'd rather not remove her head you might at least try washing around her roots. I'd avoid harsh chemicals as it might damage the tinsel or the glue holding her hair in.
Posey: Poor girl! Try cleaning her with soap and water first; parts of her just look a bit grimy. For the ingrained dirt, let the hot water get the plastic nice and soft. Use your finger nail to scratch the dirt out. You can reposition her legs to let her stand up by putting a pencil or something between her legs. Again, soften the plastic to make it more receptive to being repositioned. It will take a while to make the reposition permanent but it usually works.
She also looks like she has a couple mold spots. You can't really remove the spots, but you can try to disinfect them with acetone. Some recommend boiling the pony in case the mold colonies are still active.
Applejack: Definitely ingrained dirt. Hot water, soap, lots of elbow grease and you should be able to improve her quite a bit. I have a Snuzzle that is literally covered in ingrained dirt so I know how much of a pain it can be, but it is worth the effort.
I'm sure some people will have better advice than me, but hopefully I at least got you started.
Good luck!
