help with weird first tooth pillow?

I'm getting things ready for the fair, sorting thru accessories, and I came across this odd tooth pillow:  the fabric doesn't match the regular ones!  The fabric is very familiar, too; does anyone know where this could be from? 

At first I thought it came with the Mexican FT babies, but it isn't from there...

There was one of the one-off Hasbro brands which was accompanied by first tooth pillows - I actually thought they were of the same material, although I know they did not have the felt teeth in them. I could be wrong in the fabric however as the information was from a pretty poor and old image; so perhaps they came with the same pattern but different fabric and this is an example of them?

If I remember correctly I have a Sylvanian Families mattress with that exact pattern on it. Not saying that's where it's from but it is the same

i know hasbro made other toys brands that had similar accessories to mlp's in the 80s and 90s especially from the baby accessories
