My fingers always look a mess after I've been using the rehairing tool. Maybe it's because it's still new to me or maybe it just goes with the territory. I may have to try wrapping my fingers with bandaids next time.

Owie... probably why I shouldn't use one of those. I always end up hurting myself and it probably wouldn't take long with that thing.

I don't rehair, but I did jab myself pretty good. I give my cat fluids under the skin a couple of times a week for kidney disease. When I was still new at it, I went to put the IV needle under his skin. It went into his skin, out through the other side (skin was pinched) and into my finger.
