I would try to fix up the card.  She looks cute in there and the plastic is really clear.

I would leave her on card. It's easy enough to find her loose, but not easy to find her on card. As for PC, sorry I'm no help. But here's a bump so you can get a value for her!

She is of course your pony but I do think the card does not look bad enough that I would take her off - I would put some work into fixing her card up as Slug suggests and she should look so much better. Even MOC she does not run too high but assuming her bubble is not coming off the card, even in that condition $35 probably

I have   added some glue to the bubble of a Moc G2  to stay on the card . It worked

i had a g2  moc ivy that the   very bottom  left     of the   bubble   was coming off  so i attached  the  bubble back to the card with a littel bit  of tape. i'd     say    use a little  clear  tap or superglue..   and   try to keep her    on her card as long as possible.  or like some others have  suggested. Sell her  and   get  a minty one but she is pretty   common.

When you said bad condition I was expecting a G1 with pony cancer, mold, chewed limbs LOL! To me thats in great condition and hey she is still factory sealed! So the corners are a little bent, thats easy to fix with phonebooks and encyclopedias! I have some TOMY takara audley Pocket Monstet figures from japan still in their backcards and I love them to death although their backcards are missing print, creased, water damaged, etc! x-D You should keep her!!
