Nirvanas that remind you of your childhood ponies

I think a lot of the time most nirvanas may look crazy different from what we knew as children and many times that attracts us. Once in a while we meet a nirvana from a different country that takes us back to our childhood. It can be any one of their features that causes a trip down memory lane and its different for everyone. Mine is Spanish masquerade. My mom gave me a 1 year old birthday party and the twinkle eye my little ponies were the theme. Ironically I remember it. Anyways. For me masquerade takes me back to my days of playing with TEs. I just loved them. By far I think Hasbros greatest pony release.
I also love whizzers pose the best for Pegasi molds. Always wish they created more ponies in that mold. I use to pretend Paradise was the hero of every game.

I think for me it's Moonstone, I remember getting her one Christmas.

Not one that reminds me of my childhood ponies per se, but French Cotton Candy with the blue hair. I had a transfer set which had a blue haired Cotton Candy on it. It's the main reason I want her.

Of course, I did have Italy Seashell and Macau Peachy as a child, but that seems like cheating

Hmmm...I my favourite pony as a little girl was Baby Bow Tie and that love as a little girl has made me appreciate her in all forms but especially her Spanish/No Country version. So perhaps her

Most of my childhood ponies are nirvanas... so I guess all my ponies!

I do have a memory... I was in Ibiza (where we go every summer) and I went into a shop and I saw a pony. I'm almost 100% sure that it was a Posey in Shy pose or a pony with the same colors at least... The box was in Spanish, and was in a pretty bad shape. I should have bought it, but I was in my teens and it was like "you are too old for ponies", so I didn't take it with me. I don't think that pony actually exists. U.U

Endocat gave me a gorgeous Italy Posey and she is mint! Yep it's like being a kid again as it's been a loooong time since my childhood pony looked that pretty (all faded and played with now)

I think french Bowtie has a special spot with me too as I really desired Bowtie as a child and that pose and symbols have endeared me ever since.
