I've never seen FSF restoration, but someone just posted a really cool restoration tutorial for Dream Beauties in the coral. I'm guessing the processes would be similar.

Perhaps asking in Customs for a restorer would help you out? You will certainly find talented people over there who may be able to give you pointers on FBRs or some work.
