Baking...just want to share...now with video!

I just want to share this recipe. I have not made it in a while and I think it is about due. It is the recipe I made for my Wedding cake when I was married back in 2007. I think I need to make it for me and hubby as a cute remember when thing.

Pink Champagne Cake

• 1 Box of French Vanilla Cake Mix
• 1/4 Cup of Vegetable oil
• 2 Envelopes of Dream Whip (this can usually be found in the baking section)
• 1 1/2 Cups of Pink Champagne (I used the Andre Brand)
• 3 egg whites
• 1 Whole Egg
• 5 Drops of Red Food Coloring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients together in a mixer for 3 minutes. Batter will be a blush color. Pour into greased, floured pans (8x8 square or 8 inch rounds). Bake at 350 degrees until it tests done (approx. 25-30 minutes)

Now that we finally can get cake mix over here its fun to try out so many US recipes that were practically impossible in the past! This sounds delicious!

Dream Whip is a "Whip Cream" Mix. It is a powder. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Dream-Whip-Topping-Mix-2.6-Oz-2-count/10292569

It doesn't taste like champagne per say, I am not sure how to describe the taste it is sort of like strawberry only different...

I may have to, my hubby found himself to be gluten intolerant a few years after the wedding, so will have to figure it out if he is to eat it!

You know all be all over that <3  They did check and im not gluten intolerant BUT im still super sensitive nonetheless
