How to check to see if person member here still?

I'm needing to see if person still member here
I tried searching name they go by on Facebook
Also the name they have in () by real name
They have custom pony album on Facebook
It notes swaps and commissions for here
They have nothing new listed since 2010 it seems
I could be wrong on that part
Just going by album
One of commissions was done for a moderator
I like their work
I went on trust and mailed them ponies without checking feedback anywhere
It said delivered on Friday showing all customs scans
Friday they say they not get it
They say post office may not of delivered yet but just has at office still
Then they tell me holiday in Canada
I save my receipt, custom paper, and picture of addressed mail
They not update me yesterday
They not seem worried
Wondering if they are inquiring about package
I posted a particular g4 styling pony find on my Facebook and mention getting her commissioned customized
They contact me offer to commission
I tell them ok I willing to mail and pay for their work once work us done
Now this
Should I be worried
I know name of person who has a pony they made here who is a moderator
As to the person I mail to
I only has Facebook name

I would probably PM that moderator, I'm sure they'd be able to help you.

I would do as Daffy suggested and PM the Moderator that you know for sure has one of their ponies. If not you can PM me with the name, as I may know or I can ask said Moderator for you.

You said their username was listed in brackets () behind their real name - you can use the Member Search here for that username, and see when they last logged in, or any posts they've made.

I tried looking and so did another member but other member also tried looking for me with no luck
Perhaps we search wrong
I went to members
Went thru letters of beginning name for her
And for the name in bracket
I didn't find it
The moderator I messaged on Facebook hasn't responded yet
Neither has this person the where snouts of pony
I feel like I checked
It said delivered on Friday
I ask
They say No
Tell me Monday a holiday of sorts in Canada
I check their Facebook page yesterday see if they mention being busy
Clearly they weren't cuz I saw game status stuff
I think I will pm Ponylady
I just need to know where I can check this feedback out
Anyone can be in good standing only to go rotten
Who knows
Right now I only rely on blind faith

We don't have any holidays that interfere with postal service during January except New Years.  We don't have another holiday until February 17th.  Then there isn't another one until the Easter season...
