How do i add to a banned list on eBay?

Probably been asked before, but I still have no idea how to do this...maybe it's because I'm trying to access through my Blackberry?

Seller account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements

Mg is correct but you also need to hit the link at the very top that says "buyer requirements exemption list".  It will take you to a new page and allow you to add or delete names.

Thank you for your help...I think I was just clicking in the wrong section! Lol...I like that this area of the arena is here. I feel safer selling and buying on eBay because of it

Also, if you ever just forget these steps you can just go to the customer support link and click the search and type in block a buyer and it will bring up your blocked bidders list.
