2 more, Periwinkle + Anchors Away

I think the thing I like least about making customs is trying to get nice pictures of the end results.  So I procrastinate on that.
First up, Periwinkle.  A little bit of the blindbag, a little bit of the G3.  Someone had suggested making one back when I posted my Wonder Mint, and so eventually I did it.  Darn thing fought me tooth and nail, but I finally got it finished.  Her hair is mermaid, with stripes of Forget-me-not.  Hand painted acrylics, sealed.  The symbol is only on the one side because it seems right to do it that way when rhinestones are used.  Also, the stone is slightly inset because it looked better that way.

Next up we have Anchors Away.  Once a Pinkie Pie, I've given her a full body repaint by hand.  It's all hand painted acrylics.  Hair is mermaid, with accents of retrodolls Flamingo- the brilliant nature of this pink felt like it belonged in the mix.

That Periwinkle is gorgeous; the gem symbol looks almost factory! And I love the personality in her eyes. She looks oddly like one of my cousins, actually.
