I found a Night Glider in a lot and asked the seller if they would consider selling it by itself and they responded that they have to sell in lots so they don't have to pay the IRS.
I think the seller was trying to find a polite way to tell you that if you wanted the pony, you should have bid on the lot. If they don't want to exceed 10,000 transactions in a year, that's their choice. Good for them for sticking to the Ebay terms of the sale.
If you know Nightglider goes for a certain amount, why not save up that money and buy her when you can find a BIN listing rather than skim through lots and ask sellers to end their listings early for you? Seems a lot easier!
Did the auction have any bids or watchers?
I guess you can't know if people bookmark rather than "watch" but nevertheless... we'll find out if someone wins it and brags about their purchase!
