Anyone else try this?

Gunky, rusty girls getting their heads glued back on.  I really hate to cut the neck flange, but in some cases the ponies are so hard, and the flange is fused to the inner rim, I have no choice. Anyone else use a similar method to hold the head on while the glue dries?

Haha! Thats a fantastic idea!

I use a similar method if a pony has been given a new forelock - I wrap ribbons round the head and steam it into position so it does no spring up constantly as new hair can be prone to do. But I would never have thought of this for popping heads back on! Brilliant.

Oh yes! Brilliant! I had to cut off the flange on my TAF Yum Yum because it was glued tight to the inner ring!! Great idea!
