Help - ID this plush?

I picked this Pinkie Pie up at one of those shady temporary toy stores that pop up in malls across the holiday season. I vaguely remember hearing about these on here when they were out originally, and know I never saw them in stores, but I can't remember the circumstances of the release.

I think it was officially G3.5? I remember there was some inconvenient reason I wasn't able to get it at the time. Were they a claw machine line? Or exclusive to some store? I tried to google phrases like "G3.5 plush" but had no success, so any clarification would be appreciated!
