Has anyone else heard about this?

One of my Targets already had the empty box from Wave 9 on their shelves (guessing they sold out--assuming they would've taken the box off the shelf if they had been pulled). Was at another Target yesterday, and it looked like they had recently put theirs out. Grabbed a handful. They wouldn't scan, but was able to tell the cashier the price and she just keyed them in.

Hoping I got some good ones! Just opened one so far (Grape Delight, who has a raggedy ear--hooray for subpar QC!), saving the rest to open for Christmas.

I've been buying them at local Targets for about 2 weeks now. They don't show up in the system, so I take a picture of the shelf price tag for the blind bags, and show that to the cashier. I've made about 5 separate purchases from 3 different Targets with no issues.

meh, if its not an official statement from hasbro its probably just the employee saying its a recall because they don't want to bother with a complaint or putting in the code for the item.    hope you're able to grab a few soon!
