rethinking the second round of princesses

so I usually dislike TONS OF TINSLE especially all together but then...
my sweet little cousin (the same one who I play princess fillies with) bought me a rainbow power fluttershy as an early christmas present!            
so this made me rethink my view on the whole second release of the G1 princesses you know the ones with all the tinsle in the front
and the fact is I really like it! I like tinsle!
so what's you opinion?
also I couldn't stop thanking her and let her keep the change AND gave her some extra money AND promised her a gala style pinkie (that's her favorite pony)

I love tinsel! The second edition princesses are one of my favourite sets - all that bling and accessories! Love them.

I love it to, just not so much when a little kid has had the pony before me does I have no idea to it! Then its a little hard to get it tamed.

I love tinsel too! Just as long as I'm not brushing it. I haven't touched my Fashion Style Celestia and Luna's hair, except to pet it.

I love Tinsel Its a big part of why I started a royals army. I had just moved to a new place and the very first thing to come out of the boxes were my G1's! I didn't even have my bed put together yet, but the ponies were up on there shelves~ I had my mattress on the floor right next to the shelf for the night and when I woke up it was early morning light streaming straight though onto my princess ponies- it was like magic seeing all that tinsel and and there symbols shinning in the early morning sun <3
I had a drape up the next day to protect them from fading but that morning I just lay there with a big grin on my face thinking 'this is why I collect you- you are all so magical~'

I love and hate it at the same time. i love how pretty it is but I hate how easy it gets krinkled and how it looks krinkled, and how a lot of times it wont hold a curl. But oooh shiny.

I'm the same way So pretty and shiny, but sooo annoying to style!

I generally don't like it. It usually makes pony hair look crazy and awful. However, rows entirely made of hair? That I hate.

I think the second set reminds me of circus horses. So pretty and regal with the pretty plumes on their heads. I still have the entire set of them and I love all of them. Princess Taffeta is my favorite though.

I felt the same until I got one in a lot. There is something about them in person.

i do like tinsel and glitter NOW but to be honest i can't stand the second set of princess's with all the tinsel in the front....its like a mullet... all business on the sides and party at the back

i love tinsel now though i was never really fused on it through all gens until i got the early G4's and now i like it on any gen as long as its minty and straight, i can not stand fuzzy frizzy tinsel
