The girl is a Coleco headmould 23 Growin' Hair girl, from 1987. With CPK, the date of the Cabbage Patch Kid is the one on the butt signature, the colour also shows the year. With vintage CPK the factory they were made also makes a difference, the side tag should have a circle with a letter in which stands for the factory name. The other one is hard to tell from the photo, but it might be a Headmold 4 Coleco baby, the headmold number should be the incised one on the back of it's head. Has it got a bean filled bottom? The manufacturer's name should be on the back of it's head too, like Coleco, Hasbro or Mattel. Coleco babies with a pacifier face had headmoulds 4 or 6. They were prone to 'Cabbage Pox', the equivalent of what some MLP collectors call 'Pony Cancer', due to a reaction with the baby powder scent and the vinyl. Hasbro took over CPK production in 1989, Mattel a few years later.
