Should I make this pony into a bait pony?

I have received a G3 Meadowbrook, but she is not in the most pristine condition. She has her tail nearly completely cut, and most of her mane has cuts. The symbols have rubs except for the cutie mark. I don't know whether or not Meadowbrook is a rare pony so I am debating on to turn her bait or not.  Let me know if you have any info!

Just bait her.  She can't be worth more than a handful of bucks.
