Lol, your use of the word "irritated" made me think you're not very pleased to see him there, and I was like You're right in a way, the helmets (post-1871) are similar in style but you can recognize them by details like the decorative plate (here the Bavarian coat of arms).

And while I'm at it... Emuel is secretly a pickelhaube collector but too embarrassed to admit it.
