I think mentioning feedback like that in a email is a big no no on eBay. If she does leave a negative you may be able to dispute it based on that.Second did you have tracking on the item? If so the seller can escalate the case too, make sure you put in the tracking number. As long as it shows delivered it will be decided in your favor.
