Is It Just Pink Shoes That Stain?

Or does any color of pony shoe stain their vinyl if left on for a long time?

I personally don't know but I do want to see what other people say. I have a few G1s who like to wear accessories, so I've been wondering this as well.

I personally have only seen pink stains, but maybe others have different experiences.

I've heard of red ones staining but have never seen it for myself.

Seems to be only the pinks and reds

I say Red and Pink are the easiest colors to get stains from, however, it might be possible to get it from other colors... we just haven't seen any cases yet

Reds and pinks tend to be the most unstable pigments unfortunately. So yes I agree they stain the most. However, all shoes are dyed plastic so depending on break down and exposure technically any colour can leak and stain [although certain colours will have a higher pigment content in order to get the colour]. I think its also going to partly depend on the body colour of the pony - yellow staining my not be obvious on darker colour ponies but could be blatant on a white pony.

I just got a lot of PV's this morning, and little Wysteria had white shoes on. I took them off, and it's like her colour has leeched slightly where the shoes were? Her shoes weren't marked though... and it can't be fading because it's LIGHTER. Weird. Ponies do weird things sometimes!!
