Any mention of feedback extortion on your feedback will go badly for you and your feedback is likely to be removed, even if it is commenting about a previous transaction. The seller may even be able to take steps to report you to ebay.If you really felt that badly about it, then I wouldn't buy from the same buyer again. In buying from molie2015 again, its like you have forgiven and forgotten about the feedback issue.
I agree with Rhubarb; raising in feedback anything which does not pertain to that actual transaction is not worth the trouble you may get into and also will be easily requested to be removed by the seller. Unfortunately on your original transaction when you were asked by the seller to return the items [at your expense] in order to get a full refund that is pretty standard. The fact they ended up refunding you half and allowing you to keep all the items ordered is not something all sellers will offer, many will hold out for the return which is what ebay says should happen. If you felt you were being extorted to leave applicable feedback on the last occasion - did you report their message to ebay?
When a random lot comes with all one kind of item, would you not call that defective? It was very wanted, just not in the way that it arrived.
