Help identifying critters and combs please!

I got these in a package today from the thrift...I know I kind of recognize the little guys from the 80's...they were in with a Glo Friend, but I don't think they're from the same line. The comb, though...is it from a Sundae pony or something like that? The brush I'm pretty sure is Barbie, though it's kind of large....any help would be great! Thanks all

The Comb is NOT MLP it is either Cherry Merry Muffin (CMM) or the Tonka Cupcake Dolls.
