Attempted to buy a MIB Peacock pony from this seller on ebay: graphicxtasydesign
I read through their feedback and they have a couple of these gals that they have sold with no problem, but I bought the item, paid right away, and they provided shipping info. They were supposedly sending it priority mail, but after 5 days of waiting, I clicked on the tacking info and the item was never even sent. No scanning from USPS. I still have not received the item and I messaged them with no response. I opened a case, which can be escalated tomorrow for me to get a refund and still no response from seller...

Got a message from the seller after I escalated it...
"Dear elish22,
Hi,
For some reason I am just seeing your case. You that I can see did not try to contact me and instead went right to filing a case with ebay. You purchased this item while my status was set to away. I was on vacation when you purchased this. Upon returning my status was still set to away because I am working on a big project that has me working lots of extra hours. I have left my selling status to away to reflect why times for any one who does purchase an item might take a while.
Your item however was shipped on the 14th. I had a friend drop a few packages for me for those who had purchased things while I was away. I am not sure why Ebay is not telling you that my status was set to away but when you purchase items from a store if the seller is away it tells you at the top of the screen.
I just checked the tracking info and it just says scanned no other information is showing. I'm not sure what that means. As of today have you still not received it?

Hi,
I did try to contact you. When you contact member and click the reason, which was for unrecieved item, it automatically started the item case. I moved forward on it today because I got no response after the email was sent out 5 days ago. I do not know why, but when I bought it, it did not say you were away. I kept coming back to it and it never said you were away.
I have not recieved the item and even if it was shipped on the 14th, that is still 11 days after the fact and there is no scanning to show where it is. When I click the tracking it shows nothing, not even as being recieved by USPS.
Please let us resolve the matter, now that I am able to communicate with you.

Oh I did finally find the away status, it was at the top of his store page...it did not show it to me when I bought the pony from just clicking on the listing in a search I did...anywho even then this is what it said..."This Store seller is currently away. Please add this Store to your Favorites and come again.
Any purchases made will not be shipped until 10/9/2013"
We have worked it out though and he is sending me another one.
