i pmed her one more time. and gave a deadline to hear back from her.

selfish question: if someone give negative feedback as a revenge tactic, is there anything the mods can do about that?

also are there any programs or devices that would log someone in automatically?
i know that i'm always logged in on my computer at home, but i don't know if it shows that i'm constantly active. (though i'm on here more than any fulltime/partime worker should be )

If you had not let your 45 days pass on Paypal then you could have filed a claim. But since it has been so long Paypal is not going to do anything about it, unfortunately.  We are here to assist but we can't force her to come back and resolve these issues. That is why it is super important to leave the proper feedback now before she does this to anyone else.

*nods in agreement with what Ponylady said* ^^    I'm so sorry you're out of your money at this point   Definitely leave the neg feedback  because as well as protecting others in the community , sometimes it gives the person more incentive to come back and makes things right too
