Megan's Place?

I was checking up CL for my area yesterday, and I saw a Megan's Place for sale. It looks like its missing quite a few parts (flags, weathervane) and the top two doors. There's a ziplock bag with fences and stuff, the owner says, but I think I may ask for a clarification photo. There's also a baby buggy and 16 G1 ponies in the same lot, so it's $35 for everything.

If anyone could give me tips about the value and if it's a fair price, that'd be great. I imagine I'll have to hunt around for missing pieces too, so are those hard to come by? I've never seen a Megan's Place before, and I don't have one, so I'm kind of excited. It's quite far from my city, so I'm still not too sure!

I paid $200 for a complete one, so I think $35 for that lot is an awesome deal.   

But the missing pieces are going to be a years'-long quest I'm afraid.

WOOOOOOOW! My advice is to buy it ASAP! Megan's place with accessories is like gold dust! I mean take a chance, for $35 it's worth it!

You could sell snowball for $25. That's the dog that came with Megan's place. Assuming that's in there.

Even if it isn't, you've still got an amazing deal. Go get it! If I was there the would be gone by now lol!

Oh, it seems like a really great lot, haha. I feel so clueless but totally going to go for it then Thanks so much for everyone's input!

I can't really see the accessories in the bag, but the bed is in the building.

Woo  hoo! What an awesome lot to grab and as others have said even if you just have a few accessories its worth it!

The owner and I were in contact frequently, working out the details for the meeting, but then he suddenly emailed me that it was sold today. So I wasn't able to buy the lot! :c I feel so disappointed!

Oh no! I am so sorry Thats such a shame. Keep on searching and hopefully another lot will pop up with time. Pony collecting is fun but arduous when searching.
