Hmmm...I have not heard of them. As far as being a member here, I am not sure as they do not go by that user name here. It is possible they go by a different name but I do not have any way of finding that out.

I believe they're a toy shop based in Thailand? If you have instagram, you can find them on there! I've not dealt with them myself, but I think they're the same company.

Apparently, they are an actual shop, and some people from the Arena have actually been there when they've been in Thailand.  I've not dealt with them myself, but they look like they have good feedback on ebay!

They just purchased 3 of my auctions for the uk sunbright, meadowsweet, and berrytown families. All went for less than I paid and now they want a further discount?????? As far as I know when you bid on ebay you agree to pay the winning bid price??? I already discounted postage.

Just tell them no, you would like the price they bid, and if they press the matter, cancel the sale. That's what I'd do.

That's no fun. Yeah, the bidder is supposed to pay what they bid.. not haggle after the auction is over :\ I'd just tell them no. If they fuss, you can ask if they want to cancel the auction. Boo bad buyer :(

Seriously? They actually have the nerve to ask you to give them a lower price than their winning bid for the items? Not only is that rude, but I'm pretty sure that breaks some sort of ebay policy, and if it doesn't, it should.

Wow! Really sorry that you're dealing with a bidder like that

I sent them a message explaining I already discounted postage and as for the items I cannot give discounts as I am already out of pocket, They said that is my decision but they would like a further discount.  >_< As it is I didn't really want to sell them but have to as I need the $$. Was hoping it would be straight forward transaction. Lifes not supposed to be easy I suppose!

I would cancel the transaction, I'm sure that you can find a buyer who will cause you less issues. If your buyer didn't want to pay those prices than they shouldn't have put the bids in. I definitely would not offer them discounts on the items, you've discounted shipping and your already taking a loss

First of all this person is violating eBay policy by making an offer basically off Ebay. She is in a legally binding contract with Ebay when she won your auction/auctions.

Secondly, an invoice can only be sent for the amount that shows at the end of the auction.  Nothing can be added to it or discounted.

Third, anyone making offers like this does not have your best interests in mind. They are interested in getting an item at a bargain basement price, hoping that you do not know the value of what you are selling.

I would politely tell her no, and send an invoice for what is owed. If all else fails report them for their behavior.

I agree, thats awful! I've not heard bad things about them before, but I've never heard bout them buying anything. I agree, report to ebay and cancel the transaction - if they're being like this now, imagine what they'll be like when they receive your ponies =/ xx
