Most smooze can come off, you just need lots of patients. Anyhow if you run a snoozed area under hot water to soften the plastic then scratch the area with your finger nails you will see the smooze disappearing before your eyes. I know there is some other things you can use instead of your finger nails but I don't recall what they are.. maybe ask in the corral section.

The dirtiest one (Blossom) has smooze, and one Cherry Jubilee too So I can't really get that of, when the hair is dry some need some alochol treatment and I have to go search for magic markers
