Finally, Little Minion Customs on Facebook!

Very often when customising such a toy like a My Little Pony, I get questions like "who's you favourite?" and "do you also collect?" The simple answer is no, I don't have a favourite because honestly, I don't follow My little Pony.... In the slightest! I love them for their nostalgia and as a blank canvas a bald pony is second to none. I haven't been doing it long, but I love creating these new little fellas! I don't collect them either for two reasons. One: I wouldn't know where to begin! Some of the customs out there are, for want of a better word, biblical! I like adding the artist as a friend and keeping up with what they're doing and what inspires them. Two: I can't have ponies on my boat because my dogs would eat them!

Because of my approach, I've often been shunned by some pony collectors/fans (not many mind, most of them are wonderful and friendly!) so I decided to create my own Facebook page for my stuff. A place where I can post random pictures of what inspires me, and others, with posts about what I'm doing, making and selling. It's a little 'tongue in cheek' and at times random, but hopefully a site where people can chat and get to know each other. I'd like it to be a place pony custom collectors (that maybe aren't to up to date or part of the big wide pony world) can talk about what they do or do not like. Does this make sense to anyone? (I could just be rambling!)

I couldn't seem to find you on facebook, but I'm a huge fan!  Your work is so epic and creative!  That dinosaur, that giraffe!!! They blow my mind!!  I totally get what you mean about ponies being fabulous blank canvases, a 2-d white slate seems so....bleh.  Keep rocking on and you are welcome to show off your work here!

Thank you very much for your kindness guys! Very sweet. See, you're keeping the pony-faith alive and showing people that not all mlp fans are nuts! (well.... maybe a little!) \So, a few people struggled to find me on Facebook... if you can't find it under Little Minion Customs (which is a normal page rather than a business or 'like' n follow page) try this link  and hopefully we'll chat more soon!
