I got the sticker book and the pencil case from the US site, but I'll pay for someone to ship me the phone case and the greeting cards!!! So adorable!  Debating buying the speakers but I don't really need them and I doubt they're very good...

UPDATE: My friend found the iPhone 4/4s case and the greeting card pack (plus all the other stuff) at the Typo store in San Francisco! So even if they aren't on the US site, they might be in stores.
