Help with this pony...Crumpet Fakie, or someone else?

Hey everyone,

I found this pony in a charity/thrift shop yesterday. I wondered if anyone could help identify her?

As the pictures show, the hoof has the genuine MLP-style imprint, but without the Hasbro stamp.

It looks very similar to the 'Crumpet Fakie' Ponies, but isn't quite the same - I've only seen a couple of the Crumpet fakies and this one has a different body and three different colours in her mane.

I'm not a Nirvana guru but I'm about 99% that is a fakie... Even some fakies have "Hasbro" on their feet... but, most of the crumpet fakies that the rainbow hair and the heart symbols... the ones I've seen, though you're right, something is a bit off with that one...

Sorry I didn't think this was a Nirvana pony - I should be so lucky - I just accidently posted in the wrong forum and can't delete the post.

Like I say I have only seen a few of the Crumpet fakies so know very little on the subject, this one just seemed different somehow.

Ooh, I love the Crumpet fakies. I hope to have one eventually, even though I don't collect fakies as much as I used to...

Well if anyone is interested, I will sell her - just picked her up on a curious whim and seriously my collection cannot start including fakie ponies too

CSA is very knowledgable about this fakie hopefully she will turn up to confirm things. I have seen this pony in a wide variety of colours and hair combinations over the years but I think this style is one of the most recent release the mould has had.

*grins* it's kind of funny, the mold for crumpet fakies is actually a mold of G1 Seaflower, and sometimes you can actually see her symbols in the vinyl!
