Build-A-Bear: How do I contact them?

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is where I need to post to ask about this but... I've been trying to contact Build-A-Bear workshop via email (since that option is given to contact them that way if you don't want to call or try snail mail) and after filling out all the required items and trying to submit my inquiry I get a forbidden page...

Has anyone had any problems with that form of contact with them? Or possibly know what email I need to send my questions to as calling is my LAST resort, mostly because I'm just asking about an item that is showing out of stock on their site and such... Kind of annoying really that option is broken x.x

If the site is not working for you and you have checked it with a different browser, I would suggest calling their number. I know that is not what you want, but its the only way to reach them.

I did try it on Firefox and Chrome sadly, and after trying to submit my inquiry it's the same thing.. If I really have to call them I'm going to have to mention that page isn't working as well x.x

I did find an email to contact them by via Facebook page, really though they need to get that fixed

yeah I figured they might have a FB page since a lot of major companies do and such

I always find posting on a company page gets you a reply much quicker than email or even telephone They dont want any issues on a public site so tend to respond rather quickly.
