First ever UK Ponycon advice? :)

Hey pony people,

I've been rather AWOL recently due to holidays and only just found internet briefly!

Not sure if this is the right place (sorry mods if I'm being dense)  but I am going to my first ever UK ponycon this september! 

As I've never been to one before I was wondering what to expect and whether there is anything I should be aware of before going and whilst Im there?

I just have a weekend pass and my mum is coming with me 
I know we have to print our tickets off and bring them with us 

Looking forward to it! 

Anyways any info/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Last year was my first ponycon (despite having been a collector for about 13 years) and I went primarly because it was in my home town (I have a lot of animals, its hard to go away). I had a really good time Are you a member of the UK forum? If not, come on over and say hello
Also dont be scared to talk to people,  because everyone was SO nice to me and my 7 year old son

My advice - take lots of money - there will be massive bargains on the stalls!!
