Yea, that was at the MLPfair, saw her whole discussion in person.Not sure if it's in that video you linked but she also talked about how MLP might not have even come into being because when she brought the idea up before Hasbro head honchos, they said little girls didn't want ponies, little girls liked to cook, clean and iron....Her original concept idea for MLP was to have them look like real horses. They were not going to be brightly colored but more realistic. So there would have been no Uni's, Pegs, magic or bright colors in the original concept idea for MLP.Another person at Hasbro (sorry Bonnie shared the persons name but I don't remember) Suggested to Bonnie that there be pinks and purples and such.
