Funko Pop Doctor Whooves

Hey all,

I found Twilight and RD Funko Pop in my local comic shop today and was surprised to see Doctor Whooves listed on the box as one of the figures.  Couldn't find a reference to him in previous threads, did I just miss seeing him before or is this new?

I just found #07 Dr. Hooves, #05 DJ Pon-3, #04 Rainbow Dash, and #01 Ditzy Doo POPs at Hot Topic. They had a BOGO 50% off sale which took the edge off of the HT price. The store also had the Lyra Heartstrings and Pinkie Pie vinyls. It was a good day to check HTs.

I've seen Dr. Whooves on ebay but he isn't listed online at the store that I bought all the others from. I would have thought that if he was released in the first wave with the rest I could have pre-ordered them all at once. I'd really like to know what the deal with him is too.

My new local comic book shop (in Vancouver) just had Twilight and RD as well. Maybe not all the little stores are ordering in the full set? I do recall that Dr Whooves was announced a while ago though.

I saw a Doctor in the mall recently, I think. They're really cute. Too bad I'm not particularly interested in any of the characters they have.

Oooooh! I did not realise he had been released either I had seen him in packing but not confirmation he was out yet! Fantastic

I saw both him and bubble for sale on the shelves at my local hot topic today. The only other pony pop they had on the shelves besides those two was Rainbow Dash. I was also surprised to see they also had the 6" Aurora pony plushies at Hottopic.

The image I saw was too small to make out the name - crappy thumb size
