I didn't get to watch much Fraggle Rock as a kid (we didn't have HBO) but I remember getting super excited during the preview weekends when I could watch it!  I still love the show and intend to buy every season on DVD eventually. 

I chose Gobo, Traveling Matt and Doc - the series finale of the show is amazing, IMHO.

I saw fraggle rock  for the first time ever at the start of the new year when it was part of CITVs old sckool weekend and I have to say that I really hated it. The episodes had no plot and the charactures made no sense what so ever. and what where the creators thinking when they came up with the wierd things that where always building stuff?

 i was rather cross that more episodes of fraggle rock where shown than anything else. Especially when I knew that citv had better stuff in the archives that alot of people would have given several limbs and possibly a loved one to see.

The whole thing looked like it had been inspired by taking various substances and filming the imagined results

I loved Fraggle Rock as a kid-  and when it came out on DVD a few years ago- I bought it for my nieces to watch.  They love it too! I think they particularly love the singing actually.

I think the show is so well done that I enjoy it even now, as an adult.  I love the characters- they are so flawed and so awesome!  Boober is my favorite now too-  he is so ridiculously neurotic!  I love that his favorite hobby is doing laundry- and he collects socks-  hehe...

When I was little I had a Fraggle Rock-centric internal clock. Meaning that I knew exactly when the show was coming on even though I didn't look at the time.

Sprocket is probably my favourite character (did any of you see him in A Muppet Family Christmas? And do you know where I can get a copy?!), but I love all of them.

@EmberBright, I LOVE A Muppet Family Christmas. We have it on a beat-up VHS somewhere at my parents' house. My mom had taped it off the TV.

Gobo, Red, and Cotterpin Doozer. But really any of the Doozers. Cotterpin was the most adorable, because of her spunky little attitude, but come on... Doozers have to be one of Henson's most adorable creations!!!!

I used to watch it with a younger girl. I don't actually remember any episodes, just an awful nightmare about Junior Gorg. *shiver*
