Swarovski's crystals and matching eye gem color

Hi!
So I've replaced few G2's eye gems with Swarovski's crystals with a great success! But - they were only clear eyed ponies.
Now I have a problem; there's one Ivy and one Sky Skimmer missing one gem and I would love to replace them. I would like to keep the original ones and replace only the missing ones.
But what color to choose? Does anyone have a clue which color is a close/exact match for these gals?

for adult G2s the gem size 2.5mm 

colour for ivy is rose
not sure what sky skimmers is .

I think the closest match is peridot for Sky Skimmer.
